Liaise with Admin to ensure the best customer service is provided
Coincident to be able to supply quotes and raise orders Lots of telephone work Must be able to liaise at all levels
Main purpose of role:
- To provide the very best level of customer service and technical sales support ensuring that all enquiries and orders are thought about technically and commercially, and therefore processed accurately and efficiently, and that the customer's expectations are continually met.
