Supporting a team, providing technical expertise and guidance

Assisting the sales team Must have be able to estimate accurately quoting to clients-charging correct prices

Providing high level technical communications with customers

Liaise with Admin to ensure the best customer service is provided

Coincident to be able to supply quotes and raise orders Lots of telephone work Must be able to liaise at all levels

Main purpose of role:

  • To provide the very best level of customer service and technical sales support ensuring that all enquiries and orders are thought about technically and commercially, and therefore processed accurately and efficiently, and that the customer's expectations are continually met.
