- Administrative Support: Provide dedicated administrative assistance to the Data Risk Team.
- Query Management: Assist with internal queries on due diligence, R&C policies, information security, data breaches, and data subject rights requests.
- Information Barriers: Manage the application and records of information barriers across the global business.
- Document Handling: Ensure secure handling and storage of all confidential documents.
- Secretarial Support Maintain and update departmental documents, procedures, and KPI records for data breaches, subject rights, and other metrics.
- Complete payment requests as required.
- Diary management, meeting arrangements, and other general admin tasks.
- Proven experience as an administrator in a professional services environment.
- Strong educational background
- Experience within data administration & compliance role would be an advantageÂ
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
- A high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
