Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting dynamic teams in a professional services environment?As a Data Risk Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our client's Data Risk Team and contributing to the smooth operation of our global business. From managing information and assisting with due diligence, you’ll be at the heart of efforts to maintain compliance and excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide dedicated administrative assistance to the Data Risk Team.
  • Query Management: Assist with internal queries on due diligence, R&C policies, information security, data breaches, and data subject rights requests.
  • Information Barriers: Manage the application and records of information barriers across the global business.
  • Document Handling: Ensure secure handling and storage of all confidential documents.
  • Secretarial Support Maintain and update departmental documents, procedures, and KPI records for data breaches, subject rights, and other metrics.
  • Complete payment requests as required.
  • Diary management, meeting arrangements, and other general admin tasks.
Required Experience:
  • Proven experience as an administrator in a professional services environment.
  • Strong educational background
  • Experience within data administration & compliance role would be an advantage 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
  • A high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
