Are you and experienced Data Analyst looking to take the next step in your career? Bristow Holland are currently working with a Chelmsford based charity looking for a Data Analyst to join their team.

The role:

As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in providing insights and analytics that guide strategic decisions. Your expertise in managing extensive datasets, recognising trends, and articulating findings will be essential in propelling the business forward. You will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret substantial datasets to generate actionable insights
  • Create and maintain a Data Map of all data objects held and processed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ascertain their data requirements and produce tailored reports
  • Employ statistical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships within the data
  • Convey findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Maintain data quality and integrity through careful attention to detail
  • Support the development and upkeep of dashboards and automated reporting tools

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • High degree of IT literacy including use of analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and a working knowledge of databases
  • Competent in the use of data mapping tools (i.e. ArcGIS)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in presenting complex data in a clear and meaningful manner
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels
  • Degree Educated or prior experience as a Data Analyst
