Document Controller

On-site delivering a new build Power station in Essex over the 12 - 18 months

Role Description:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an M&E contractor as this position involves a variety of tasks ranging from basic office duties to more complex responsibilities, contributing to the overall success. The Document Controller will deliver the programme over the next 12 - 18 months, hence looking for a temporary/freelance contractor to support the delivery of the scheme.

Your duties will vary depending on the programme of works but could include:

  • Manage weekly time sheets from site for payroll purposes
  • Deliver a broad range of administrative services including document control
  • Liaising with HR Department for onboarding personnel to site
  • Client communications / phones / correspondence
  • Recording manhours and compiling records for Commercial team
  • Compiling all Labour & Materials Data
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain various records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Filing Daily and Weekly Reports

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and positive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload, flexibility, and drive to finish key activities through to completion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
