An opportunity has arisen for a level 3 Nursery nurse to join a friendly nursery in Chelmsford, Essex. If you have experience of working with babies in an early year setting we want to hear from you. Â
Person Specification:
NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
Knowledge of EYFS Curriculum
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable)
Paediatric First Aid (Desirable)
Minimum 1-year experience in a similar roleSome of the Nursery Nurse responsibilities will Include:
- Key worker responsibilities and ensure children’s development records are maintained
- To comply with all nursery policy and procedures
- To work with EYFS curriculum planning age appropriate activities Â
- To provide children with personal care
- To promote equal opportunity and ensure each individual child’s needs are met
- To develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and external childcare professionals
- To ensure safe stimulating environment for children
- To attend monthly staff meetings and further training as required
