Part-Time Learning Support RoleLocation: ChelmsfordĀ We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students aged 16-19 in a post-16 setting, providing assistance with GCSE-level work and tailored support to help students succeed in their studies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-class support to students aged 16-19, assisting with GCSE-level coursework and post-16 learning.
  • Offer tailored academic support to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Ensure students are engaged, motivated, and supported throughout their learning.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting students aged 16-19, particularly with GCSE-level and post-16 subjects.
  • Enhanced DBS check (must be on the update service).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed.
