We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and ensuring a positive learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in preparing and delivering lesson plans.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and provide additional support as needed.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment.
  • Help to manage student behaviour in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Assist in preparing and grading student assignments and assessments.
  • Provide support to students with special needs, including those with disabilities or language barriers.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to plan and implement school activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with primary school-aged children is preferred.
