  • Serve as the technical authority and subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to engineering teams.
  • Lead complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovation and excellence in every phase.
  • Oversee the design and development of advanced solutions and systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals, enhancing the company’s reputation and network.
  • Contribute to business development by representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Play an integral role in shaping business strategies and supporting recruitment efforts.

  • Expertise in LV/HV systems and mission-critical projects, including hyperscale designs.

  • Excellent communication abilities to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for professional growth and mentoring.
  • Knowledge of data centre design standards and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
