M&E Operations Manager OR Contracts Manager

EA Associates are working with an Electrical Contractor who are now looking to open a new division which provide site temporary electrics and plumbing to construction sites.

They are looking for someone who can take the lead in forming a new department within the company.

They would need to be able to:

• Be client facing and bring their own clients as well as build relationships with existing clients
• Contract manage
• Control materials (purchasing & also sale/leasing to clients)
• Lead their own team (with our support)
• Be commercially aware

Full support would be given from the company and they would be happy to guide them but would also need to be able to lead from the front and take ownership of all operations.

There is a genuine opportunity to build their own department & team in their own model, with potential in the future to be a shareholder should things work out.

Looking for someone with a long term vision.
