I am currently working with a growing company based just outside of Chelmsford who are on the lookout for an all-rounder with a strong background in electronics.

The ideal candidate will be working on varied projects to reverse engineer components, so will need to have an aptitude that spans across faulting finding, test, repair, and product development.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in electronics testing, preferably with radar equipment.
  • Proficiency in using electronics test equipment, including oscilloscopes.
  • Familiarity with Agilent Network Analyzer (300 kHz - 6 GHz) and Aeroflex 3254 (1 kHz - 26.5 GHz); knowledge of high-frequency ranges is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in precision hand soldering.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective self-planning and organizational abilities, including time and resource management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Additional Information:

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary Circa £35,000.00 per year and negotiable for the right skillset.
