Salary: Circa 35-40,000 Dependant on experience
My client is a RIBA Chartered and thriving practice based in Chelmsford who now require a talented new professional to come on board. With this role you should expect to work on a diverse range of sectors with some of their most recent work covering the Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Mixed Use and Healthcare sectors.
It would be essential to have excellent AutoCAD and Adobe skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Sufficient post qualification experience.
- Previous job running/ team leading exposure.
- Support and manage the growing workload including the Residential sector with Housebuilders and Developers.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills.
- A good understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Boast strong technical abilities and detailing skills.
- Able to complete work to a high standard whilst sticking within the given time frames.
