Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Surveyor to join an organisation to be responsible for the day-to-day running of works on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Repairs Surveyor:

• Carry out inspections
• Manage the budget, value and certify works
• Survey buildings and structures
• Report on housing defects
• Support the achievement of key performance targets in the region
• Ensure contracts are delivered in line with current health and safety legislation
• Monitor progress on defect and hazard rectification works

Essential Experience of the Repairs Surveyor:

• Previous experience relevant to the post
• Full UK Driving Licence
