WE Talent are supporting an organisation undergoing major transformation, who are seeking a People Change Consultant to lead to manage change initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and minimal resistance. This is on a 12 month fixed term contract.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving organizational change through expert guidance and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve strategic transformation goals.

This role is full time (37 hours per week) and working on a hybrid basis - 1 to 2 days in the office in Chelmsford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and readiness plans.
  • Lead complex change initiatives across various transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Utilize proven change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to deliver practical solutions that enhance business performance.
  • Provide expert guidance, advice, and challenge to leadership teams, ensuring all change initiatives meet strategic goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and coaching sessions to prepare teams for change, fostering engagement and addressing resistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage the organisation-wide change landscape, ensuring prioritisation and effective delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive the organisation's change capability through coaching, mentoring, and promoting a culture of continuous development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent experience); CIPD or Change Management certification preferred.
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale change using established frameworks.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage complex workloads, prioritise effectively, and mitigate risks to deliver successful change outcomes.
