Successful IT Technical Support /Data Centre Engineer / Cabling Engineer would ideally have Data Centre knowledge - Racking, stacking, patching. Cable knowledge, including cable testing, copper and fibre. As well as fixing hardware faults, swapping drives / tapes. Experience of working within a comms room and working on Data Centre Migrations, Good knowledge Data Centre processes & Procedures. (Plus be PC literate with good Excel knowledge & experience).
