The Role

We are a leading company providing business coaching and training services to business owners and entrepreneurs, looking to appoint an energetic and outgoing Events Sales Executive to our growing team.

You will be an essential part of our events team, assisting with the preparation, coordination, and running of our nationwide events. You will travel across the UK, helping to create memorable experiences for our delegates while driving sales and building lasting relationships.

This is currently a flexible part time or full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To travel with the team to work events at various locations around the UK.
  • Be available, flexible and reliable, to attend all events, travelling around the UK for some or most of the month - you should be excited and thrive on this fantastic opportunity.
  • Primary responsibility is to assist the preparation, coordination and running of the event with the team and reporting to the Events Manager.
  • You will love to network with delegates, nurturing relationships on the day to prepare for sale.
  • To process sale transactions with team at the event.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and adhering to sales processes.
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers/clients and businesses to ensure repeat business.

The Person

  • Strong background in working event days.
  • Not wanting to be stuck in the office.
  • Experience in sales (warm sales / relationship nurturing).
  • You need to be a positive, energetic and enthusiastic individual.   
  • Experience in attending and selling at events is an advantage but not a must. 
  • Be able to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.  
  • Be presentable, professional and represent the company to a high standard.
