Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000
Hours: 40 per week -8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Job Description: Offering assistance to the General Manager of a family run agricultural company, supporting with administration tasks, travel and training arrangements and keeping clear communication with other departments. What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide administrative support to the (memos, letters, emails, meeting minutes).
- Manage recruitment the end to end recruitment process.
- Maintain manufacturer platforms and communications are delivered to employees.
- Prepare documents, organise travel, courses, and maintain in-house training records.
- Assist the warranty team and manage personal calendars, scheduling meetings and interviews.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain a professional, organised approach.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
