Title: Mortgage Administrator
Location: Fully remote but ideally need to be based in the South East/London
Our client is a WOM brokerage who specialises in New Builds but they also deal with FTB Home-Movers, Shared Ownership, BTL mortgages. This company also deals with Life insurance and Buildings and Contents insurance so they are looking for a mortgage and protection administrator to join their team.
To note: You will have to have current and previous experience as a mortgage administrator working in a whole of market brokerage.
Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities;
- Help progress mortgage cases through to completion
- Chase lenders and solicitors for updates
- Update customer and advisors throughout the whole process
- Up-sell GI insurance products (home, contents insurance etc)
- Speak to customers about their protection needs and referring to an advisor
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Administrator;
- Minimum 1 year experience as a mortgage administrator working within a whole of market mortgage brokerage
- Must be confident to speak on the phone and have some desire to sell to customers

- 23-28k basic salary
- Commission paid on up-selling and a referral program
- Fully remote but ideally need to be based SE/London
- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
