Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Prepare accounts, tax, PAYE, and VAT submissions.
- Reconcile accounting records using Excel or software like Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
- Handle client queries professionally to build strong, loyal relationships.
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering collaboration and growth.
Ideal Profile:
- Qualified practice accountant (ACCA/ACA).
- Proven experience mentoring and managing junior team members.
- Strong knowledge of professional regulations and best practices.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and adaptability.
- Dedicated to delivering top-tier client service and driving positive outcomes.
