Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
  • Prepare accounts, tax, PAYE, and VAT submissions.
  • Reconcile accounting records using Excel or software like Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
  • Handle client queries professionally to build strong, loyal relationships.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, fostering collaboration and growth.

Ideal Profile:

  • Qualified practice accountant (ACCA/ACA).
  • Proven experience mentoring and managing junior team members.
  • Strong knowledge of professional regulations and best practices.
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and adaptability.
