- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to achieve fiscal goals.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to monitor progress and drive results.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance business performance.
- Support bid processes, including client meetings, bid strategy formulation, and pricing model input.
- Partner with the Product Management team to maintain a balanced and profitable portfolio of products and services.
- Work with stakeholders to align operational activities with strategic business goals.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- 3+ years’ experience in a business management role, with strong knowledge of Finance, Sales, Operations, and Purchasing (preferably in manufacturing or technology industries).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of leading and influencing teams.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple business functions and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Proficiency in business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
