Finance Manager

Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company within the area and progress with your career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, as well as experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve the financial performance of the organisation.

The Finance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  • Analyse financial data and create financial reports.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and review financial statements.
  • Develop financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
  • Monitor cash flow
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend solutions to mitigate risk
  • Provide advice on investment opportunities
