- Serve as a strategic partner, offering financial and strategic support to foster profitable growth.
- Deliver insightful management information and analyse key KPIs to improve business performance.
- Develop monthly KPI reporting and operational review packs to support decision-making.
- Conduct detailed P&L analysis to align with long-term business strategies.
- Oversee monthly management accounts, identifying trends and opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a proven track record in operational finance support.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and experience with Power BI reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to simplify and present complex financial data.
- Experience in a finance business partner role, preferably with large government contractors or people-focused services.
