Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic organisation? We're seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team for an initial 18 month contract and drive financial excellence. This role is your chance to build a strong professional brand while contributing to strategic growth and innovation.What You’ll Do:

Serve as a strategic partner, offering financial and strategic support to foster profitable growth.
Deliver insightful management information and analyse key KPIs to improve business performance.
Develop monthly KPI reporting and operational review packs to support decision-making.
Conduct detailed P&L analysis to align with long-term business strategies.
Oversee monthly management accounts, identifying trends and opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a proven track record in operational finance support.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and experience with Power BI reporting.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to simplify and present complex financial data.
Experience in a finance business partner role, preferably with large government contractors or people-focused services.
