As a Finance Business Partner, you will:

Oversee financial management for customer-funded and internal projects, ensuring robust project accounting and financial control.

Analyse business performance, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and manage risk.

Offer financial guidance and support on strategic and commercial decisions to drive profitability.

Assist with key financial activities such as preparing reports, reconciliations, forecasts, and budget planning.

Support bid preparation and financial modelling for new business opportunities.

Lead and deliver finance-related projects to improve processes and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:

CIMA or ACCA Qualified

Proven finance business partnering experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

Strong track record of working within a deadline-driven environment.

Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel skills.

Experience with ERP systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of an integrated team.
