Finance Sales Manager
Salary:£30,000 basic salary with up to 50,000-£70,000 OTE.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (occasional Saturdays)Location: Chelmsford, Essex
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join a well-established and rapidly expanding and high performing vehicle and asset finance brokerage. Due to the continued growth of our finance department, we are seeing increasing success and offer strong career progression opportunities in a professional and collaborative environment.
The Role
As a Finance Sales Manager, you will manage online finance enquiries, provide tailored financial solutions, and ensure a smooth, compliant sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on finance options and manage applications.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee finance administration.
- Work closely with dealerships and lenders to facilitate transactions.
- Monitor and improve conversion rates and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in motor trade, finance, or an FCA-regulated role.
- Strong knowledge of car finance, warranties, and FCA compliance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing training and regulatory compliance.
