- Acting as a champion for client service excellence within the department.

- Preparing and submitting and conducting systems audits.
- Leading training initiatives to ensure the team and wider business are proficient in systems and processes.

- Experience: Senior bookkeeping and payroll expertise, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail.
- Personality: Approachable, trustworthy, client-focused, and organized.
- Studying towards ACCA or equivalent (or recently qualified).
