Job Title: International Payroll Manager
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an International Payroll Manager to lead the Teledyne UK Payroll Team, managing employee payments for UK, Malaysian, and French staff, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management: Recruit, develop, and manage the payroll team; conduct performance reviews and training on legislative changes.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HMRC and managing pension contributions and employee benefits.
  • Audit and Accounting: Collaborate with Finance on audits and ensure payroll records and accruals are processed accurately.
  • Data Protection: Ensure compliance with data protection laws and maintain business continuity for payroll processes.
  • Projects and Process Improvement: Participate in the implementation of ADP Workforce Manager and enhance payroll processes with KPIs.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • Extensive payroll management experience and team leadership.
  • CIPP Qualified (Level 5 minimum).
  • Proficient in ADP iHCM payroll and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
