Position: Account ManagerLocation: MaidstoneSalary: Up to £42,000

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our client's fast-paced and collaborative Property and Housing Division. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account servicing support and ensuring effective management of client accounts within the commercial space.

Responsibilities
  • Create documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals
  • Record customer details accurately and maintain data integrity in the system
  • Obtain renewal terms for customers and explore alternative options
  • Manage insurer and customer queries, process policies, and chase outstanding documentation
  • Handle account queries and credit control matters, highlighting any concerns
  • Apply legal and regulatory policies in relation to internal policies and insurance contracts
  • Utilize commercial insurance knowledge and work towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Commercial insurance knowledge is essential
  • Cert CII/Dip CII qualifications are desirable
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in Acturis
  • Eligible to work in the UK
