Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our finance team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s tax compliance, tax planning, and tax reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits.
  • Coordinate and manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
  • Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and consultants.
  • Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must be ACCA or CTA Qualified
  • At least 5+ years of practice experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
