Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our finance team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s tax compliance, tax planning, and tax reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits.
- Coordinate and manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
- Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and consultants.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must be ACCA or CTA Qualified
- At least 5+ years of practice experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
