Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator in Chelmsford to join a thriving Financial Planning firm.

Our client is a well-established wealth management practice that has advised individuals for over 20 years. They have an excellent reputation for delivering Independent Financial Planning, servicing high net worth clients, and deliver Financial Planning to support clients in reaching their financial goals.

Duties will include but not limited to:

· Maintain client relationships, client liaison

· Document management

· Work alongside Financial Planners and Paraplanners

· Preparing paperwork for clients and Financial Planners

· Processing new business

· Completing valuations

· Report writing

Benefits:

· Salary from £25,000 - £31,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)

Skills and experience required:

· Previous experience in a Financial Services Administrator role

· Good knowledge of Intelligent Office and Voyant systems (not essential)

· Excellent communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work as a team, and independently

· Client liaison experience

· Excellent numeracy skills
