We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice based in Chelmsford who are looking to recruit a Financial Planner to service a client bank.

Our client is an independent financial advice and wealth planning company based in Essex. They advise on both personal and business financial solutions, you will be provided with a client bank. You will be part of a friendly and social team with no micromanagement, so you will be fully supported to excel within the company as a Financial Planner.

  • Provide annual reviews to clients and support them through their financial planning
  • Servicing only, no new business expectations
  • c. 200 households (300 meetings per annum)
  • Full paraplanning and admin provided in house. You will not be required to write reports.
  • Salaried role based on the individual, but competitive (Expect £40-70k).
  • Annual bonus based on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Scope would be there for them to develop new relationships as the role would not require 40 hours per week, although it is heavily focused on existing client support. I would argue that the role would suit an individual that would prefer a service focused position.
  • Hybrid role, but probably 3-4 days with clients (50% of all meetings are via zoom/teams).
  • Level 4 minimum qualified
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in the role
