OVERVIEW 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Adviser to join our Corporate Division team. As a Client Adviser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Client Adviser Team Leader and/or Divisional Manager in achieving the division's objectives and promoting our services to clients and the insurance market.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Serve as Account Adviser for designated accounts while providing support to team members as needed.
  • Drive business growth through existing client relationships and new opportunities.
  • Adhere to company procedures and service standards to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Claims department on relevant cases.
  • Accurately prepare client registers and policy documentation.
  • Collect necessary information to secure Insurance Act-compliant terms.
  • Fulfill FCA responsibilities and follow internal procedures diligently.
  • Address and manage complaints in accordance with the Group Complaints Handling Procedure.
  • Provide monthly updates to the Client Adviser Team Leader
  • Oversee workloads, delegate tasks effectively, and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
  • Support the Division in meeting its business plan and budget objectives.

SKILLS 

  • Demonstrates high integrity and expertise in navigating a regulated environment
  • Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

EXPECTATIONS 

  • Dedicated to continuous professional development (CPD) and achieving industry qualifications.

EXPERIENCE 

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Client Adviser.
  • Extensive experience in managing client relationships effectively.
