A Superb opportunity for a Part Time IFA Administrator with 2 years + IFA Admin experience to join this established, Chelmsford based firm of Financial Planners where their reputation has contributed to their growth and success in the Essex market.My client has built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across.A vacancy has been created within the business for Part Time IFA Financial Administrator and will suit an experienced Financial Administrator with at least 2 years of administration experience who is well versed on end-to-end admin in a wealth planning firm. The role will be based in the office near Colchester during your induction and onboarding, the Director is open to both hybrid and remote working. You will be allocated the Managing Director to support and administer on their behalf end to end administrative support. Your duties will include but are not limited to: drafting LOA's, LOV's, creating meeting packs, answering client queries, speaking to providers and other stakeholders, updating the internal CRM and any other ad hoc administrative tasks to help the smooth flow of the support function within the business. The Director is looking to offer the a Part Time IFA Administrator with a £30,000 basic salary depending on your experience levels to work 3-4 days a week.
