NEW ROLE: WE HAVE A NEW POSITION BECOME AVAILABLE WORKING FOR A FREIGHT FORWARDER BASED IN CHELMSFORD.

Duties:

- Updating customers on deliveries and collections

- Liaising with customs department and making sure all documents are prepared and submitted within correct time frame.

- Communicating with overseas agents on customer orders and shipments

- Working closely with sales team and following up on quotations and rates with customers

-Previous experience working within freight / logistics is required and strong customer service skills is a MUST!
