We’re looking for a Freight Forwarding Operations Administrator to join the new branch of an established, forward-thinking freight forwarding company. This is an exciting opportunity to play an essential role in operations while contributing to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage sea freight import and export operations, ensuring seamless flow.
  • Handle import customs clearance procedures to ensure compliance and smooth transit.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies to meet standards.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to help improve office operations and develop future processes.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong experience in sea freight operations (import & export), including LCL and FCL.
  • Familiarity with other trade lanes such as air freight is a plus!
  • Sound knowledge of import customs clearance procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
  • Experience with systems like CNS and Destin8.
  • Excellent numerical, literacy, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a drive to contribute to operational development.
