Administrator
My growing and busy professional services client in Chelmsford have the need for an Administrator to join their thriving team.
This is a senior role and you will need to have solid Administration experience of supporting a busy team to be considered! Helen Cooper at Maxen Recruitment can tell you more, but please also find below details of how you will be supporting the team:
Administrator:
- Working with timelines and set service level agreements.
- Data entry, including setting up new clients on the system.
- Saving documents to the correct files.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Working closely with other teams in the business information sharing.
- Answering phones, directing calls and taking messages.
- Writing emails and responding to emails.
