We’re recruiting for a dynamic Norwegian insurance provider who’s seeking a Claims Relationship Lead to join their team!

This is a nationwide role, however a large proportion of clients and requirements will be in the South East region. Therefore, candidates based in this area would be desirable.

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be positioned within the commercial insurance team and with that knowledge and experience in Motor, Property and Liability is required.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Proven relationship management in client-facing roles.
  • Prepare and manage claims review meetings
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in complaints management and conflict resolution.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to UK based clients
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication, time management and presentation skills
