Claims Technician needed in Chelmsford - ENTRY LEVEL

Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Salary: up to £22,000

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Technician to join our Casualty Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Claims management company, who have a fantastic reputation on the industry. You will train and be given the skill set to work your way up within the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting Casualty Adjusters with administration and data capture

Controlling the lifecycle of files to drive diary management and proactive handling of claims from setting up to conclusion

Liaising with insured, insurers, brokers and third parties to ensure optimum customer service

Production of technical reports for Adjusters

Ensuring time reporting and invoicing is compliant with internal systems and processes

Producing Management Information for clients and for internal use including performance measurement and data integrity

Ensuring company standards in relation to all technical and operational policies and procedures, including data protection and information security

Account management support

Incoming telephone calls / queries

About you - Knowledge and Experience:

Organised and self-motivated

A methodical, accurate and analytical

Strong relationship management skills, with ability to establish good working relationships with your team, colleagues and 3rd parties

Excellent stakeholder management with an ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands

Thrive in a high-pressure working environment

Flexible with regards to travel which may be required as and when
