We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team and support various secondary schools across East London and Essex. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience in education or for experienced cover supervisors seeking new challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classes during the absence of regular teachers.
  • Ensure students remain on task with their work.
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
  • Provide assistance and support to students as required.
  • Follow the school's policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with other staff members to ensure smooth running of the school day.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
