Estimator/ QS Role

Junior/ entry level road.

-Minor house works

-experience within the FM Sector preferably, as its entry level it is fine to have not have experience in the sector as long as they have some sort of Qualifications/Accreditation.

- happy to train and guide them within the business.

-Preferably someone young, and happy to carry out a lot of repetitive and boring work without losing interest.

- first 6 months of so will be in the office and after will be a work from home 2 days a week.

- need to be able to think outside the box.

-Bring in low values with high volume.

Currently mainly a FM company with social housing side which are currently looking to expand on.
