Events Telesales Executive
£24k basic with £32k+ OTE

Permanent/Full Time
Monday – Friday (9am - 5.30pm)
Our client, located in Chelmsford is on the search for a dynamic and passionate Telesales Executive to join their events sales team!

Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Handle all incoming leads and booking in clients for coaching events.
- Making outbound calls to previous enquiries to gain further bookings.
- Upselling Event packages to increase attendance rates.
- Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding clients expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
- Following up on leads, previous clients that have attended events in an attempt to gain more bookings.
- Maintain and accurately record all client contact details.
- Responding to queries from new and existing clients.
Your Background & Skill:
- Proven experience in some form of sales and ability to sell over the telephone.
- Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
- Confident, enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
