- Work closely with the design team to ensure products meet customer needs and market demands.
- Develop and implement effective new business and selling strategies to achieve company objectives, with a strong emphasis on margin enhancement and control.
- Participate as a member of the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Experience in the paper / print / packaging industry, with a preference for experience in corrugated packaging.
- Previous experience as a Head of Sales, BDM Manager, Sales Director / Manager / Lead etc.
- Excellent management skills with experience in managing business development, people, budgets, and target achievement.
- Proven direct selling skills and a track record of closing major deals, with a good working knowledge of commercial and company finance.
