Our client is a well established Independent insurance broker dedicated to delivering clients a personalised service supported by insurance offerings from top insurers throughout the UK.

With a wide variety of Insurance knowledge throughout the industry and are keen to focus on supporting their staff with every opportunity and had recently promoted within the Human Resources team and are now lookingfor a replacement to join them as a HR Admin Assistant

The Opportunity

We are looking for an HR Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources team. Thisrole is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their career in HR. You will assist with essential HR functions, including employeerecord-keeping, policy updates, and recruitment administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Confidentiality is key in this role, as you will handle sensitive employee data and HR related matters. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and have a strong passion for HR.

The Role - HR Admin Assistant

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including offer letters and onboarding.
  • Support absence and sickness tracking, ensuring records are accurate.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and maintain compliance records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including policy updates.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration role (minimum 12 months preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
