- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR administration.
- Prepare employee letters, employment contracts, and induction schedules.
- Manage the onboarding process and update the HR system with employee information (new starters, transfers, leavers).
- Provide support for training bookings and ensure training records in Cascade are up to date.
- Handle new starter referencing, IT requests, and e-learning.
- Assist with project administration and maintain employee records on SharePoint.
- Draft various communications and manage filing and archiving.
- Oversee the HR helpdesk, assigning and resolving tickets.
- Essential: Strong administrative skills, knowledge of HR systems, attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Desired: Understanding of employment legislation, training systems, and experience with the Cascade HR system.
- Essential: GCSEs (grades A-C) in English and Maths.
- Desired: A-Levels or equivalent qualifications.
