HR Administrator

A great varied role joining an established Company in a busy HR Department of 6.

The HR Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of the HR facility, with specifics including :

*Administration in Group HR Matters, including employee benefits scheme, HR standard letters & Templates and Job Descriptions, Cycle to work scheme and Reference requests

*Drafting Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment, carrying out inductions with new starters and exit interviews with leavers as required

*Respond to calls and emails from employees and managers

*Maintain HR system, ensuring accuracy, and internal system keeping HR page up to date

*Keep staff handbook up to date, respond to reference requests

*Ensure Probation reviews and annual appraisals are held and recorded

*Assist in quarterly reporting and ad - hoc reporting as requested

*Assist with Training and Development, sourcing training as required and follow up

The successful candidate is likely to have some HR Administration experience, and / or relevant HR Qualification, CIPD or similar. Ability to maintain confidence in all matter is prerequisite.
