Cooper Lomaz are working with a leading global technology company who is seeking an HR Coordinator to join its UK HR team. This is a varied and fast-paced role in which you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing professional customer service and administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with employees, managers, and the wider HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers to provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR ticketing tools, shared inboxes, and helplines
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including contract administration and induction of new joiners.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS (Workday) to ensure accurate employee records.
  • Support key HR initiatives and projects, including policy development, employee relations, and compliance activities.
  • Take minutes during disciplinary hearings, grievances, consultations, and redundancy processes.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in an HR function.
  • Proficiency in HR systems particularly Workday.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or iCIMS would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
