KM Recruitment is seeking an experienced ICT Tutor for a full-time, permanent position based in Chelmsford.
The salary for this role is up to £34,000, depending on skills and experience.
Candidates must have a recognized Business or IT qualification and be confident in delivering training to groups of learners.
The ideal applicant should be willing to work towards a Level 3 Teaching qualification and possess strong organizational skills.
Duties include teaching ICT and Business qualifications up to Level 2, monitoring student progress, and providing guidance to learners.

Must be an experienced IT Tutor/Trainer.
Must hold a recognised Business or IT qualification.
Confident and comfortable to deliver training/workshops to groups of learners.
Ideally hold be willing to work towards a Level 3 Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS).
Ability to handle challenging situations and remain calm and in control.

Duties include:

Teach/assess learners working towards ICT and Business qualifications up to Level 2 within a classroom-based environment.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners skills knowledge and behaviours
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
