Multi Skilled Carpenter

We are looking a Multi Skilled Carpenter on a temporary basis to cover sick leave for a maximum of six months. You will carry out complete bathroom/kitchen modifications, responsive carpentry repairs, empty homes works, planned renewals and other associated works in void properties.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out carpentry responsive repairs, renewals and other associated works to a high standard of workmanship which meets current legislation and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are closed down within agreed timescales and works are completed within agreed budgets.
• Undertaking to a good standard basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating works as required to complete repairs and renewals.
• Using a PDA and mobile software to receive and record works, ensuring that all system administration is accurate, up to date, accessible and comprehensive, in line with company procedures, data legislation and regulations.
• Providing excellent service to customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery
