Hello,
My client in Chelmsford is looking for a Night Shift Paint sprayer due to expansion.
Start:Immediate start
Due to increased work load we require a Paint Shop sprayer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in the Aerospace and Defence industry (ideal not essential)
- A good knowledge of finishing applications and techniques
- Ability to prioritise workload and communicate any anticipated issues/delays
- Keen eye for detail and have pride in your own workmanship
- Ability to aid in precision masking as and when required to assist our current team
- Have a good team player mentality and willing to communicate effectively with your peers.
Additional overtime maybe offered Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings where required. Flexibility around the core start / finish times and early finish on Fridays. We offer 25 days holiday and overtime at competitive rates. Training will be given to the right candidate.
This is a late / twilight shift opportunity, hours to be confirmed.
Salary: 22.50 Per Hour
