The job position is for a Panel Beater / Panel Technician in the Chelmsford area with a salary of circa £40,000 plus a monthly performance-based bonus.
Candidates are required to have previous experience in a Panel Beater or Panel Technician role, along with full qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm, with the possibility of finishing earlier on Fridays if all work is completed.
The role offers a holiday allowance of 28 days including Bank Holidays, and uniform and PPE will be supplied.

Panel Beater / Panel Technician

Salary will be circa £40,000 plus a bonus based on the monthly turnover of the workshop.
Working Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
On Fridays they tend to finish a bit earlier if all the work is completed.
Holiday Allowance of 28 inclusive of Bank Holidays
Uniform and PPE supplied.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Our Client has a requirement for a Panel Beater to join their bodyshop.Our Client, an Automotive well established vehicle repair centre is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician to complement their existing team of Panel Beaters.What they require from the successful Panel Beater:

A previous working experience within a Panel Beater / Panel Technician role.
ATA would be advantageous to your application
Full Panel Beater qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
An efficient and hard-working Panel Beater with good attention to detail
A good communicator

Typical duties of a Panel Beater for our Client:

Replacement of Panels
Removing and replacing the body shell of vehicles
Panel Straightening and Filling
Body Alignment
Welding and Bonding
