Due to continuous growth, they are looking to expand their workforce.In this varied role, you will be responsible for overseeing all customer and spare part requirements. You will receive manufacturers training allowing you to become a go-to expert. This would therefore suit someone from an agricultural or automotive background looking to become a technical expert with a rapidly growing business.The Role:

• Become the go to technical expert.
• Identifying customer spare parts requirements In-store and over the phone.
• Training & progression.

The Person:

• Agricultural / Automotive / Heavy Engineering background.
• Customer service experience.
• Commutable to Chelmsford.
